Your access to the Brooklere Pharmacy Sumiton mobile application and websites, including co-branded Brooklere Pharmacy Sumiton-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Brooklere Pharmacy Sumiton Digital Services”), is subject to the Brooklere Pharmacy Sumiton Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
